1. INSTRUCTIONS

This assignment is to create an ideation of a well-designed website, it can be for a business, service, charity etc. Include Unique Value Proposition (UVP), primary goal, competitive and audience analysis and concept development for presentation.

TASKS

Me and my groupmates brainstormed many ideas in a Google Docs.

We discussed to choose three main ideas:

1. A website that can filter through all the upcoming concerts all over the world, its organizing country and prices.

2. A website that summarizes ones expenses, income and encourage saving, the more goals achieved can be redeemed into rewards.

3. A website that eases online shopping - have a cutout of yourself at the background and swipe through pictures of clothes, pants and accessories over that cutout to have a visual reference yourself. It can also include a wardrobe where you can upload pictures of each of your clothes so you can match an outfit without having to try them on in person.

After receiving feedback from our lecturer, we decided to choose idea.

FEEDBACK

Week 1

Idea 1 should be reconsidered as current AI tools focuses on collecting information from the past rather than upcoming data, it is doable but may be challenging. The website should also not copy and paste data from other websites, it needs have a jump link to the original source. For idea 2, the rewards have to be more specific to motivate users to invest into the website, we can include games or functions that are more entertaining. Lastly, idea 3 is not an ideal concept as it requires very high technique to create.
